A Message from Mark Sweeney
Happy New Year! We’re so thankful for our customers and reps for helping us have a great 2018, we hope you did as well. We’re excited to start 2019 with some great things on the horizon.
Our team has been working hard with Blue Volt, an online training program, to create Remke University. This new system will help your teams to maximize knowledge about Remke products, and increase your selling power! It will include an in-depth look at connectors for specific applications, options to customize and upgrade for better reliability and much more. We will also use these new training programs internally to help our customer service teams serve you better. Look for more information around the middle of the year.
We are also working on a new initiative to dive deeper into product offerings for various vertical markets. New products, new sales tools and new resources will be provided to help you break into more niche markets.
Finally, our product management teams are working hard to be sure you have the right connectors, fast. Whether it’s ensuring that stock connectors are always ready to ship, or customizing them with add-ons to improve performance, we’ve got you covered. Our goal is to make sure you have exactly what you need, when it’s needed. We’re always ready to assist – please challenge us!
